[Dsg-rich] [New Logentry] RICH cooling panel regulator adjustment results in lower airflow - issue resolved

During checks before closing Hall B today, the regulator on RICH's air cooling panel was adjusted.

This resulted in a ~25 slm lower airflow for airflow 1 to RICH. 

Once noted, Hall B Engineering accessed the hall and reverted the pressure regulator to its previous setting, causing airflow 1 to increase back to a value slightly higher than prior to the initial adjustment.

Attached is a screenshot of MyaPlot showing the initial adjustment (~13:30) and the correction (~14:30)
