[Dsg-rich] RICH dry box monitoring on EPICS

Hello,

I've added EPICS monitoring for the aerogel dry boxes.

There are two ways to get to the screens: through clascss or WEDM.

I've submitted a pull request to Nathan Baltzell for the clascss screen to be added to the main clascss main menu. I expect he'll be able get the screen pushed live within the next day or so. To get to the screen, there's a new option added to the Hardware Interlocks menu on the RICH Overview screen.

There's also a WEDM version of the screen put onto epicsweb. This version is accessible through any web browser at the link below. All that is needed is a JLab CUE log in.

Some notes about the humidity reading:

  *   The humidity sensors have +/- 3.5% RH accuracy. They are the same sensors that are in RICH.
  *   Drybox 2 is the one collaborators from INFN brought from Italy. This drybox is not well sealed (it had this problem in while RICH was being assembled) so that is why it's humidity may be a little higher at times.
