Amrit,
When I submit the request on GitHub, he gets directly notified since he is the administrator for that repository.
I do not have to send any emails to him to get the screen added to clascss.

Amrit,
Nathan sets up the IOC and is in charge of maintaining clascss (the entire set of CS-Studio screens for Hall B).
The IOC he adds the PVs to is already an established one and it allows the data to be transmitted to all appropriate subnets, like the Hall B experimental and Accelerator subnets.
The procedure he has established for adding or modifying CS-Studio screens is to submit the new/modified screens as a pull request on GitHub, where he then reviews them to make sure the changes are safe (as in whatever is being changed doesn't cause issues with existing screens) to publish.

Correct additional hardware work was only to have control, this provides only monitoring.
Again, my fault for muddying the waters by bringing that up.

Hi Patrizia,
if I am not mistaken, the harware was required for implementing
a remote control. There was no need for the sole monitoring
purpose. DSG can confirm.
Bests, Marco.
