[dsg-hallb_rich] dsg-rich mailing list renamed to dsg-hallb_rich

Hello INFN collaborators,

To make all DSG's mailing lists more uniform in name, we have renamed a few of our mailing lists, including the one we have used for RICH.

Previously, the mailing list was dsg-rich at jlab.org. It is now dsg-hallb_rich at jlab.org.

Please send all emails regarding RICH to DSG through the renamed dsg-hallb_rich at jlab.org.
