Replacing the pressure transducer (PT) on the RICH air-cooling buffer tank did not fix the incorrect pressure reading.
This indicated that the cause of the bad PT reading was a malfunctioning cRIO channel on the module used to read the PT in the RICH N2 volume hardware interlock cRIO.
The cRIO module (an NI-9219) was swapped for a spare, resolving the issue. The pressure sensor is now reading as expected.
