[dsg-hallb_rich] [EXTERNAL] rich2 construction

Hello,
I have started a new page on the RICH wiki dedicated to the construction 
of the rich2:

I have put some documentation on the mechanical structure and a first 
draft of the installation document with the current status of the 
material delivery and a list of some of the testing activities needed in 
preparation of the start of the construction.

The status of the items purchased by INFN is up to date, I'm not sure of 
the status of the items purchased by JLab. More information are welcome.
