Hi Marco,

We'll have the test set up ready at the start of next week (Monday June 28 or Tuesday June 29).

When are the two mirrors expected to be at JLab?

I will be on vacation from Wednesday June 30 through Wednesday July 7.

If the mirrors arrive within that time, Valery will have to receive the mirrors and move them to the cleanroom. We will be able to start the D0 tests on Thursday July 8.

Dear Valery and Tyler,
yesterday we had a phone meeting with CMA about the production of the
RICH spherical mirrors.
They produced 4 mirrors and 2 are being completed in the next days.
We agreed that CMA will ship two mirrors to JLab for testing. The
testing will include a visual inspection and a D0 measurement. Since the
mirrors are uncoated, no reflectivity measurement has to be done.
If everything is ok as we hope, than the two mirrors have to be shipped
back to CMA.
I just want to check with you that the test setup is ready and you can
perform the tests quickly as soon as the mirrors are at JLab.
