Hi,
I confirm what Tyler is saying. During the assembly in EEL, we need to 
have the air system and the N2 from dewars.
When we move the second RICH in the Hall, we can move also the air panel 
we used in the EEL.
Let me also add that, like for the first module, we should have nitrogen 
flow from bottles during the transportation of the RICH in Hall B.
