[dsg-hallb_rich] [EXTERNAL] Re: E-panel installation procedure

Hi Marc,
our plan is to test the new installation procedure as soon as we have 
the RICH assembled in the clean room but with no electronics mounted on 
the epanel, to be sure there are no unexpected problems.
Do we need an approval also for the test? Can we submit the document 
after the validation of the procedure?
