[dsg-hallb_rich] Hardware Interlock System RMC components

Hi Patrizia and Marco,

We are completing the order for the Rio Mezzanine Card PCB assembly, however, the assembler could not source the buffer chips for the job due to the global components shortage we are all experiencing.

I have found a few sources for the parts and have placed an order for them. The additional cost to the project is approximately $1380.00.

There may be an additional delay of 2 - 3 weeks, due to shipping.

I will keep you all informed on the progress.
