Hi Patrizia,

I have been in contact with Wayne Williams from Jlab Facilities Management. The contractor is scheduled to start refinishing the floor on Monday. DSG has prepared the room for the work, and later today we will attempt to apply some tarps to the cabinets, tables, and other components which are in the room. This will help keep those items free of airborne material which may be generated by the process.

Thanks,
Marc

Hi Wayne,

We have moved all the items in the cleanroom to the wall between the 124 and 125. The seam should be closer to those items, instead of the middle of the room. The seam also should run the length of the long wall.

Side 1 should be done first. When the contractor is ready and the floor is safe for traffic, we will move everything to the other side so that the other side can be completed.

Are we still on schedule for Monday?

Regards,
Marc
