hello marco,

the aerogel arrived on tuesday.
marc is en-route to the lab to put them in the clean room
he should be there before the clean room closes at 17:00 hrs

as plan b, in case of a traffic jam or an unforeseen fender bender, i've request elaine at shipping and receiving to call the guards and put the boxes in the dsg clean room at 15:30.

since i did not see any emails regarding this matter, i request that
in future may everyone please send e-mails, especially about critical matters, to the mailing list

doing so would automatically notify everyone in the dsg

Dear Amrit,
CLAS12 RICH2 aerogel should be in his way to Jlab,
and possibly already arrived. It is two boxes
coming from Duquesne Pittsburgh. May somebody from
DSG check the situation, in absence of Tyler ? As
you might remember, aerogel suffers humidity
and would be safer to not leave it around for long.

The aerogel has departed from Russia. The shipment is destinated to Duquesne, but has to go to jlab
without stopping at Duquesne after clearing customs as we did two years ago. Please let me know if
