[dsg-hallb_rich] RICH-II cooling and nitrogen supply in EEL

Bob,
Like George said, they are probably scattered around the lab or have been used systems.
I wouldn't know where to start looking since it's been over 3 years since they were last used.
I think it would be best to get new items.
Looking back at emails from 2018, that set up with four dewars was only used for two cases when DSG was not around to change out dewars (over the 2017 Christmas/New Year shutdown and through a winter storm when the lab closed).
All other times we used two N2 dewars, so we would only need two sets of everything if we are to do the same thing as last RICH assembly.

Tyler,
Please find all the components in red for this system; they are not in Hall B.
Thanks
Bob

Hi George,
That's what I thought, too.
Thanks for your reply.

The cylinder pressure regulators with CGA580 connections have likely migrated around the lab if they are not in the clean room. Pretty sure everything else went to the hall.

Hi Bob,
The items in black that drawing were moved to Hall B with the detector.
As for the items in red, I do not know where they ended up after early 2018.
Marc, Brian, and George,
Would any of you know where the components noted in red in the attached PDF ended up after the last RICH moved to Hall B?
Thanks,
Tyler

Hi Tyler,
Please see the attached drawing for the EEL N2 system.
Where is the system currently stored?
Thanks
Bob

Hi Bob,
In this morning's meeting with Hall B and RICH collaborators, you said Hall B will be taking care of the design and that you would start working on it more in September after the next physics run has started.
You also mentioned that DSG would only need to provide the monitoring for it.
Do you have any preliminary instrumentation selections made?
We're finalizing what we need for the hardware interlocks and part of that is the gas system monitoring. We would need to know the quantity and type of each instrumentation, whether the instrument has a voltage or current readout, and the range of the instruments' readout.
If we can get this info sooner rather than later, we can be sure to have the hardware interlock system ready for when they need it in the EEL.
