Hi Tyler,
from the plots it seems clear to me that for mirror 5c there is a 
problem with the central measurements, the one at z=103 in horizontal 
and the one at z=110 in vertical.
Can you redo the fits without these measurements?
It would also be nice to have all the results copied somewhere so that 
we can have a look.
