[dsg-hallb_rich] RICH-II spherical mirror shipment recommendation

Hi Marco Contalbrigo and Marco Mirazita,

I was thinking today about the upcoming tight schedule for finishing RICH-II assembly.

Over the next month, the spherical mirrors will be shipped at least two times.

Every time JLab has arranged the spherical mirror shipments in the past, it has taken at least one week to finalize the details due to the insurance arrangements.

Because of this, it would probably be best to have CMA and ECI arrange the upcoming mirror shipments to make sure the mirrors are received at JLab in time.
