Hello Tyler and Marc,
the step files of the carts are on the wiki here:
https://clasweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/RICH_Assembling
Scroll down to the frontal Panel section.
To download the files you need the clas username and password, Tyler 
should know it.
Details on the dimensions of the two carts can be found also in the 
first part of the assembly procedure document on the same wiki page.
