Subject: [dsg-hallb_rich] RICH assembly plan in January 2022?

Hello Marco M., Sandro, and Dario,

The last word we had is that you all would be arriving in the JLab area on January 12 and starting work at JLab on January 17. Is this still the case?

If so, do you have a schedule of tasks and items in mind for when you all are at JLab for RICH assembly?

More specifically, are there specific tasks that are scheduled for January 17?

January 17 is a federal holiday for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and while DSG will be available for RICH assembly, the majority of the lab will not be working that day.
Thus, we will need to make arrangements for anything where we will need other groups' assistance (like moving crates to EEL or getting documentation approved) to be completed this week before the holiday.
