[dsg-hallb_rich] Availability tomorrow, Jan 19, for simple lift for RICH assembly?

Hi Mark Loewus,

The INFN collaborators are now at JLab and are unpacking RICH items from their shipping crate.

Their ideal schedule would be to assemble the sides of the detector on the assembly structure (page 6 of attached document). Since these two panels each way ~200 lb, we most likely will need to use the gantry crane in the EEL 124 cleanroom to get them into place.

Would you be available sometime tomorrow morning to supervise the any lift as the subject matter expert? I know from your reply to Marc McMullen's email that you're off today so it's fine if we hear back tomorrow.

If you are not available, since this is a relatively straight forward lift, would George Jacobs be able to oversee any lift as the qualified master rigger for our group?

George,
Would you be available sometime tomorrow morning to assist in any lift if Mark is unable to?
