Here is some of the information:

Domestic Travel

To request approval for mission essential domestic travel the traveler and supervisor must complete and sign the standard Travel Authorization (TA). The TA form nowrequires CFO approval on ALL TAs for domestic travel.

The travel justification on the TA must clearly explain why the proposed trip is (1) essential,

The quality of the spherical mirrors of the RICH detector is crictal for the performance of the detector.

(2) cannot be deferred to a later date, and

The RICH detecor is to be assembled at Jlab during spring 2022, and installed and comissioned during the summer of 2022 to take data during the physics runs scheduled in the fall of 2022.

(3) cannot be accomplished virtually.

Presence is required to inspect the mirrors, to conduct necessary tests, and to approve production.

when i open the TA form it automatically puts in my name as traveler and i'm unable to change the name to tyler's.

also, as of today, we do not have the travel date and the duration of the stay.

so, i've asked tyler to look at the form and fill it with your assistance.
