[dsg-hallb_rich] RICH hardware interlock UPS battery swap

UPS battery has been successfully swapped.

RICH hardware interlock systems are back in normal operation. Logbook entry will follow.

Hello,

During today's maintenance period, I will be installing a new battery for the RICH hardware interlocks system UPS.

I do not anticipate any down time during the swap since the UPS battery can be bypassed.

But, just in case, I will be enabling the interlock system override switches shortly.

I will send another email and make a logbook entry when the work is done.
