Hopefully this doesn't get too confusing, but maybe this will help.

UPS A = in rack closest to the beamline, where sbRIO was originally plugged into when it went offline. APC SMT2200RMUS
UPS B = one rack to the left of the beamline when looking upstream. CyberPower OL2200RTXL2U

Naturally the user manual doesn't have anything about the code (P.17) that was displayed on UPS A. I'll file a ticket with the vendor on Monday.

I moved the plug for the sbRIO into UPS B directly above the chassis.

Eventually Simone and I got UPS A to start by basically power cycling it, but we didn't want to trip the detector again so the sbRIO was left connected to UPS B that it was moved to earlier.

Since that UPS B currently has a replace battery indicator I've submitted a PR for a replacement.
