[dsg-hallb_rich] Electronic panel cutouts and screw holes checked and cleaned

Hi Marco Mirazita,

This afternoon, I verified that one of the screws for the electronics boards can pass through every screw hole on the EP.

I also cleaned the fuzzy edges of the connector pass throughs to the best of my ability.
