[dsg-hallb_rich] [New Logentry] RICH N2 Volume cRIO swapped for spare

The RICH N2 Volume cRIO for the detector's hardware interlock system had an unrecoverable boot error and needed to be swapped for a spare cRIO chassis.

The spare was swapped in and the LabVIEW program deployed as a start-up program with no issues. The spare cRIO has the host name "dsgcrio3" and IP 129.57.160.255.

The failed cRIO has been placed on the RadCon survey table.
