[dsg-hallb_rich] RICH-I interlock n2 vol cRIO failed

Since this is the second time a cRIO has failed in this area should we look into shielding?

I'm assuming it's the same error as the last time, but that needs to be confirmed.

Hi Valery,

I checked the cRIO remotely and couldn’t connect to it. I then went to Hall B and checked it and it looks like something happened with the cRIO and it has a boot error.

It’ll need to be swapped for a spare so I’ll start that process

No, I'll take a look at it and let you know.

Tyler,
I noticed that the nitrogen volume interlock heartbeat is frozen.
Is it normal?
Thanks,
Valery
