[dsg-hallb_rich] RICH-II spherical mirror support frame received

Hello,

We received the RICH-II spherical mirror support frame from CMA today.

Since the crate was so large and the frame really easy to move, the frame was unpacked and moved into the cleanroom for safe keeping.
