[dsg-hallb_rich] RICH-II hardware interlock system reboot needed to synchronize its system time

Hi Valery and Marco C.,

The RICH-II hardware interlock system needs to be rebooted briefly to synchronize its system time with JLab's NTP server.

The system is currently running ~5 minutes fast and that time difference is preventing the PVs for the system from being archived correctly.

I can see that HV and LV for RICH-II are off. Can the hardware interlock system be rebooted this afternoon around 2:00PM?
