[dsg-hallb_rich] Second aerogel assembly tent size increased

Hello,

This morning, Mindy and Marc disassembled second aerogel tent and reassembled it to be 8-ft x 8-ft in area.

This new footprint is big enough to work on the lower front panel while it is horizontal, while still staying under the 65 sqft limit.
