Hi Marco,

My response in inline below.

1) We finished the aerogel installation on the top panel. We will start
today the bottom panel, we should finish by tomorrow.
2) Having on hand the mirrors, we will measure the D0 and eventually the
reflectivity during the week end and finish by Monday. Could you please
check that the D0 setup is ready to be used?

The d0 set up is ready. We'll use the same laptop as the reflectivity test station. I'll move it into place today.

3) We would like to have the tedlar window removed as soon as possible.
Could it be done tomorrow?

Yes, we'll be in the cleanroom tomorrow morning to move it.

We also would need some plastic sheet to
protect the panel from dust till the final installation. If you need to
buy it, please keep in mind that we will need plastic sheet also to
protect the detector during the transportation to the Hall.

We have plastic sheets left over from the tent construction that can be used.

4) On Tuesday, we would like to have the detector rotated to vertical
position and to start the survey of the detector.

We'll plan to have the detector rotated Tuesday morning. I'll make the arrangements with George, Mindy, and Marc in separate email.

we are still working to have the mirror at JLab tomorrow, but let's
assume that we can actually get them.
Here is then the plan for the next days.

1) We finished the aerogel installation on the top panel. We will start

2) Having on hand the mirrors, we will measure the D0 and eventually the
reflectivity during the week end and finish by Monday. Could you please

concluded on Wednesday with the alignment of the planar mirrors.

For the survey and alignment of the planar mirrors, we should contact
again Chris Gould, but I think we can wait tomorrow when we will be sure
of the mirror delivery.
