[dsg-hallb_rich] RICH Spherical Mirror update

Hello,

I talked to Marco Mirazita just now and he gave me an update on the spherical mirrors (Marco, please correct me on any thing that's not right).

There was yet another mix up at ECI (to put it lightly).

ECI gave the mirrors to the the shipping company they had initially arranged shipment to JLab through ("Company A") despite ECI saying they did not accept JLab's payment account for the shipment.

This was unknown to anyone part of the RICH collaboration.

When the courier for the shipment that Marco Contalbrigo arranged yesterday arrived at ECI to pick up the mirrors, that courier was informed by ECI that the mirrors had already been picked up by Company A.

Thus, Company A has the mirrors, but they cannot and will not deliver the mirrors until Monday.

With that, the mirrors will be delivered Monday, May 23.

We will reevaluate the task schedule Monday and arrange the alignment survey and rotation for later in the week.

If I receive any more information or updates, I will send another email.
