[dsg-hallb_rich] Rotation postponed to after lunch (~1:00pm)

Hi George and Marc,

I talked to Marco M. There are still mirrors undergoing tests and all mirrors so far have had to have their mounting points reinforced with more epoxy.

With that, the stiffening tool installation and rotation will be postponed until after lunch (about 1:00pm).
