[dsg-hallb_rich] [EXTERNAL] update on the assembly

Hi ll,
yesterday we did the first part of the survey and we aligned the 
spherical mirrors.
This morning we are installing the last 3 planar mirrors and will 
complete the survey.
Then we will start to prepare the electronic panel for the installation 
in the detector.
Therefore we can confirm the plan for tomorrow: rotate back the RICH in 
horizontal position and start the final closing of the detector.
