[dsg-hallb_rich] [EXTERNAL] rich assembly progress

Hi all,
yesterday the detector was finally closed. I attached a picture of the 
installation of the last panel in the detector.
The cabling of the LV, optical fibers and sensors is done, the HV 
cabling has been started and will be completed today.
