[dsg-hallb_rich] Add shielding to rack with RICH cRIOs?

Hi Bob,

The RICH hardware interlock cRIOs over the past year or so have all failed at some point.

We’re using the same hardware in several other locations in the hall and they haven’t had the same issues, so we’re starting to suspect that maybe the physical location of the three RICH systems is causing them to be hit with more radiation that’s then causing them to fail.

Could some sort of shielding be installed at the rack where the RICH systems are?

They are in Rack C3-3 on the third level of the forward carriage.
