Subject: Network switch “hallb-c3-4-sw” down?
Hi Nathan and Sergei,
I saw that all three RICH hardware interlock cRIOs had stopped communicating over the network around 4:30am.
Since all three went down at the same time, I suspected a power issue, but when I went down to the hall just now, all three were running fine.
I then noticed that network switch “hallb-c3-4-sw” that the three systems are connected to did not have any of its traffic indicator lights blinking.
Do you all know of any network outages or other issues with that switch?
Also, as an aside for RICH collaborators, both sectors are still getting 40 slm of nitrogen, so I am confident that the humidity in both sectors is still low despite not currently being able to remotely see the data.
-Tyler
