[dsg-hallb_rich] RICH sector 4 n2 volume cRIO back up

Hi Nathan,

Yes, I think it would be helpful to put the cRIOs on something that lets them be rebooted remotely if they aren't available on the network.

The systems are on a UPS so I'll look and see if that has any accessories that allow remote control of the power outlets.

If not, the one you sent the datasheet for seems like it'd be good.

Thanks Tyler,

Should we start putting cRios on remotely controllable PDUs?

These are about $400 each, but maybe there's better options:

Hello,

I locally power cycled the RICH Sector 4 N2 volume cRIO and everything came back up for EPICS connection.

All of its sensors are now working correctly and as anticipated, the humidity inside the detector is still <1% RH.

Later today, I’ll send out information on how the steps for a local reboot so everyone has the info incase it a similar situation to yesterday happens.

Thanks again Nathan for your help and offering to look at it this morning!
