[dsg-hallb_rich] [New Logentry] RICH CAEN-MPOD hardware interlock adapter installed and tested

Adapters for interlocking both MPOD and CAEN power supplies from the existing cRIO hardware interlock relay have been installed and successfully tested.

The adapters are mounted to the back side of Rack C3-5 on the Forward Carriage. A photo of both adapters and their power supplies is attached.

Both S1 and S4 interlocks were tested once adapters were installed. All interlocks behaved as expected.

A multimeter was used to confirm 9 V DC, 80 mA for the MPOD interlock and shorted contacts for the CAEN interlock when there are no interlocks present.
Additionally, a mulitmeter was used to confirm ~ 0 V DC, 0 mA for the MPOD interlock and open contacts for the CAEN interlock when there are interlocks present.

Two spare adapters in enclosures plus two spare 9 V DC power supplies will be stored in the cabinet labeled "RICH" in the Hall B labyrinth (hallway between access control doors and main hall area).
