[dsg-hallb_rich] Hardware interlock problem

I tried to cycle HV off/on for slot 10 channel 0 (Tile#2) and it did nothing. Can you try power cycling/rebooting HVRICH1 ?

The missing scalers are all associated with HV Slot 10 - see attachement. I don't know for sure, but I think the HV stats may be frozen for this slot - I'm looking at it now to confirm...if true then the HV may really be off.

Besides the S4 humidity sensors, everything else looks fine.
I am confident that the detector is still getting N2 flow based on the readings from the nitrogen flow meter and nitrogen supply panel pressures (circled in blue on attached).
Since it's just the humidity sensors that stopped suddenly, I suspect that the 5 V power supply in the cRIO chassis powering the humidity sensors died. I'm not able to connect to the monitoring screen to verify this (LabVIEW is loading really slowly) but will try again from my office tomorrow morning.
Since everything else with that cRIO looks fine, it can probably wait until the next maintenance day to replace the power supply or investigate further in the hall if needed.

Hi Tyler,
We got a problem with the humidity sensors in the N2 volume of sector 4:

Please take a look as soon as possible and let us know how to fix this problem.
Regards,
Valery
