RICH sector 1 hardware interlock controller was replaced with a spare.

Sector 1 hardware interlocks are back working as normal.




For record keeping the updated network info for the system is below.

Main controller (T & H reading, EPICS comms, interlocking)

Expansion controller (air flows, air pressure, nitrogen flow)
