Hi Carlos,

What is the range on the Baraton MKS 627 Absolute Pressure Transducer?

The Magnahelic ranges are 0-4? 0-1.0? what are the range units?

What are the ranges of the MKS 1179A mass flow controllers?

I am pretty sure we can use the Baratron for the new gas supply. That should save you some $$. The Magnahelics may also be useful if you want local indication in the hall apart from the controls GUI.

Thanks,
George

Hi everybody,

please forgive me the delay. Here is the list of the components attached to the gas panel at W&M:

- 3 Mass Flow Controllers MKS 1179A
- 1 Solenoid Valve PaulPeter Electronics 23RK9ZCV
- 2 Magnehelic Dwyer 2004D and 2004D-IC (perhaps the same)
- 1 Capsu-Photohelic Dwyer 43005C
- 1 Photohelic Dwyer 3002
- 2 Dwyer flowmeter (max scale 60 ??)
- 1 Dwyer flowmeter VFA-1-SSV
- 1 Baraton MKS 627 Absolute Pressure Transducer

Perhpas a few details escape the specifications of the components. Please find attached two pictures (front and back) of the gas panel.

Cheers
