I'm sorry for the imprecision, I was not aware of these extra specifications.

The ranges: 
- Baraton MKS 627 Absolute Pressure Transducer ---> 2000 torr
- Magnahelic ---> 1kPa - 4" water
- MKS 1179A ---> 2000 sccm (x2, for He) and 500 sccm (for DME)

What is the range on the Baraton MKS 627 Absolute Pressure Transducer? 

The Magnahelic ranges are 0-4? 0-1.0? what are the range units? 

What are the ranges of the MKS 1179A mass flow controllers? 

I am pretty sure we can use the Baratron for the new gas supply. That should save you some $$. The Magnahelics may also be useful if you want local indication in the hall apart from the controls GUI.

- 1 Baraton MKS 627 Absolute Pressure Transducer 

Perhpas a few details escape the specifications of the components. Please find attached two pictures (front and back) of the gas panel.
