[Dsg-rtpc] RTDs

Hi all,

for Sebastian, with body I meant the material. Brian already answered the difference. I don't think the size is different, only the material.

for Brian, for the experiment, ONLY 3 will be in use (2x RTPC + 1x DMS). The other two are for the backup/spare RTPC. I think we have enough cRIO ports, don't we?

for Eric, I don't know if you saw Brian answer, nevertheless, he suggested to use all of the same batch to easy the glue. So, If they agree, I will get 4 for you.

for DSG, are the new RTD in the house? may I pick them up today/Monday?

Cheers

-Carlos

Hi Carlos,

this caught my eye: If the body is “different”, will it still fit in the pre-existing holes in the RTPC front plate and the DMS? If so, it probably is better to get all the same ones, especially if they are easier to glue. Let’s say 6 to have at least 1 spare.

Hi again Marc

Bryan told me that the new ones will have different body, which will be easy to glue. In that case, do you suggest to change all?

Cheers

Hi Carlos,

How many RTDs did you need to install?
