[dsg-svt] SVT work schedule for KPP

Here are the action items and the due dates for the SVT system in 
preparation for the KPP.

The work requests are separate for the Mechanical Group (MG) and DSG.

Please let me know if there are issues with this schedule.

- lacing the R4 cables, DSG, 12/22

- testing the spare chiller after repair, MG, 12/22

- preparing SVT for transportation to the hall (de-cabling, cable 
labeling/grouping), DSG, 01/16 - 01/20

- moving the SVT service cart to EEL, MG, 01/17

- mounting the crates, patch panel, HV distribution boxes, UPS on the 
service cart, DSG, 01/18 - 01/20

- installing the monitoring system (pc's, monitors, CRIO, etc) in the 
Hall B counting room, DSG, 01/16 - 01/20

- moving the SVT service cart to the hall and mounting it on the rails, 
MG, 01/23- 01/24

- disconnecting the chiller, moving the cooling system to the hall, MG, 
01/23- 01/24

- moving the network switches to the hall, configuring network for hall 
operations, DSG, 01/23 - 01/24

- mounting the SVT protection tube on the support tube, MG, 01/24

- preparing SVT for transportation, transporting SVT to the hall, 
mounting the SVT to the service cart, MG, 01/25

- connecting the cooling system, MG, 01/25

- connecting/routing the SVT cables and services on the service cart, 
DSG, 01/26 - 01/28
