[dsg-svt] R4 cable lacing

I think we're in better shape, although obviously not as good as using connectors, in regards to the cabling compared to last time.

We've already added labels to the ambient sensors (at least for the R1-R3 ones, not sure about R4) as well as color coding the cables by region on both ends; near where the bundle comes out of the tube and at the crate end.

Last time we couldn't leave the SC cables attached because other cables were interleaved with them. This time we might be able to?

Mindy/Sahin (or anyone else for that matter) if you have any ideas on how to make things easier/faster feel free to try them out.

One thing that won't change is that the routing is probably going to be messy again, especially since we're getting less time; mainly because the detector is going to get moved again so no point in spending time to route it nicely. I do have some different mounts to try on the cart though.
