[dsg-svt] Cabling SVT inner barrel

Today we mounted the inner barrel on the support tube. Cooling system is 
connected.

Sahin is out till next week. It would be great if Brian could help with 
cabling. We need to test each region before the outer region is 
connected, starting with R1. Cables should be routed nicely, hopefully 
they won't be disconnected for a long time. The goal is to have SVT 
fully integrated and tested by end of month to be ready for the ERR in 
December.
