[dsg-svt] SVT work next week

I connected and strain relieved R3 cables and started testing the inner 
barrel. There is a minor issue with R3S10T slow control cable that needs 
to be repaired.

For the next week, after testing R1-R3 the cables need to be tied to the 
support tube. R4 work will continue with testing, rotating and mounting 
on the tube. I finished kludging all modules which were removed from the 
barrel, checking current stability on the test stand.

Sahin and Todd, let's meet in EEL124 at 8 am on Monday.
