[dsg-svt] svt mailing list

to preclude conflicts and to facilitate efficient support, dsg has created the dsg-svt mailing list. 

this mailing list has been configured that even people not on the mailing list, can send e-mails to the mailing list and the e-mail will be distributed automatically ( without a moderator/censor ) to all the people in the list. 

we have included the detector manager (you) and all known associates of this project, to the best of our knowledge. 

please, send your e-mails regarding the svt to this list, addressing the appropriate dsg person. 

i'm confident that this mailing list will help us coordinate our (dsg)/svt activities. 
note, if there are requests with respect to the mvt, please ask that group to email this list if they need support.
