[dsg-svt] SVT task

Hi all

we have replaced following modules
Region 1 : p67, p70 needs debugging
Region 2 : p25      needs debugging 

p80 and p51 install on R1
p22 installed on R2

Cabled R1 for testing
Region 1 calibration and stability test is complete.

Fixed faraday cage grounding brackets, with conductive silver epoxy
Mounted (integrated)  SVT region 2 on the inner barrel (region 1 ). 
Cabled R2 for testing
