For R3M8; the signal ground had broken on this cable at the L1C end. The connector was replaced.

The high humidity was due to one of the tubes not being installed in the detector volume, so I reinserted it and I've since lowered the flow back to 0.5 lpm.

Sahin repaired the cable for HTSB3, one of the wires for H1 had gotten damaged on the pigtail.

I powered back on R1-3.
