[dsg-svt] SVT services in EEL124

In preparation for the SVT commissioning activities in EEL124 please 
complete cable connections (chiller interlock cables and MPOD control 
cables are disconnected) and connect gas purging system (check with 
George for compliance with drawings). Only one bottle setup is approved 
by now by DA.
Mac mini needs java update by sysadmin.
Chiller reservoir is full, there are 2 more water bottles by the chiller.

Please let me know when SVT is ready for powering up.
