[dsg-svt] SVT R4 moved back to EEL 124 cleanroom

Hello, 

This is to inform you that due to the cart it sits on not being clean, the cart with SVT R4 has been moved back to EEL 124. Attached is a picture of SVT R4 showing its location back inside EEL 124. 

The small cleanroom must be kept as clean as possible to prevent any potential damage to RICH mirrors.
